I always thought it had to do with the position of the text and the change to such a HR makes it visible. There is a way to fix it though. You can use this mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/130/?

Or just change the text per this comment on the mod:

Thanks for you answers,
the Translate_SomeLanguage.txt tweak worked.
I allways wonder if Bethesda doesnt recognise this bugs or if they are just to lazy to fix them...
