FNV not rendering properly

It's been a while since I played FNV but the newer ENBs aren't working for me and I'm not sure what happened. Older ENB versions work fine. My screen looks like the image below. The only way I can get it to show an image is if I enable "use originalobjectprocessing". I tried everything including a fresh install of FNV with ONLY the basic .249 ENB enabled and it still looks like this. Could there be a problem in my FalloutPref or ini file?

I can't say anything about this.

I don't understand it either. It's very strange. I did a clean install of FNV yesterday and now the .249 ENB won't load at all! The older ENBs still work though. I tried it with .161 and it worked fine. I'm very confused. I will continue to investigate the problem and hopefully I can figure it out. I will post my findings.

Try download and install latest DirectX Runtime, who knows....

I'll try that when I get home. I also forgot to mention the .249 ENB works perfectly with Fallout 3. Only Fallout New Vegas has this problem.

Finally got it working. Since I also use FNV4GB I needed to copy the d3d9.dll into the exes folder that FNV4GB creates. That information was in the readme for the ENB preset I'm using (Enhanced Shaders - ENB 249). I also noticed I had bAllow30Shaders=0, which I changed to bAllow30Shaders=1. It works great now! The image quality and speed are amazing!

Looks a lot like the same bug I get when I put on the E3 Patch for Watch_Dogs. Weird.
