When I say see-through, I don't mean the slightly transparent weapons glitch that happens now and then.
About every minute, minute and a half pretty much everything goes transparent except a few random textures and effects, and it lasts around 15-30 seconds.
(I'll upload a screenshot asap)
This is crazy annoying, also because it does it 3x worse on Old World Blues.
Happens indoors and outdoors, while talking to NPC, and also immediately after taking a screenshot. Also, it goes away when I'm looking in the East direction (Vanilla NV) and West on OWB.
Any ideas what in the hell could cause this :?:

Disable anti-aliasing in the game launcher or the ini files.

Does it still, but a tiny bit less. Not much of an improvement though because it actually lasts longer. :?

I get this too before I found the fix - disable Steam Overlay and the problem will be fixed.
