I have installed Rudy ENB which is found here: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/55076/? with the latest enbseries Fallout New Vegas v249 of course because Rudy ENB requires it. and after I install it (I use the wrapper version) I load up the regular Fallout New Vegas Launcher and it crashes to the desktop. if I run it without the enb, it works perfectly fine. I tried using the injector version and it still crashes. Do I need to configure something in a .ini file? I followed all the instructions given by the Rudy ENB to install. If anyone could help, that would be amazing, thank you.

Update DirectX Runtime. Make sure no software running which hook in to game process.

Oh my god finally i've found this post after 18 hours of crying because all my enb didn't work anymore AND UPDATE DIRECT X WAS THE SOLUTION. Thanks you very much I was going to lose hope.
