Any idea what the problem is?
Ive installed a dozen or so enb's before and never had this problem. This happens when the weather is clear and sunny. Turning off bloom helps a lot. But then there is no bloom. This happens on a vanilla setup with just the lighting mods.
It seems like the sun is too intense or textures reflect too much during the day. Inside and nights are ok.

If it's not enbeffect.fx or effect.txt modified, then bFloatingPointRenderTarget=1 is not set in ALL skyrimprefs.ini

Weather mod installed. Delete it.

Hi Insomnia

I tried a fresh profile with mod organizer with just the required mods and it still did this during clear weathers.

Hmm.. is there a skyrim.ini or prefs.ini that can cause this?
