I have a strange bug. My sky flickers at times and more specificly the sun disappears and reappears fast and makes it look like the sky is flickering. I am using CoT but also Project enb wich is compatible with CoT. Also used Season Of Skyrim and yet the again the bug was there. It appers when I am in cold snowy places and the sky is clear but sometimes also in other places. For example always happens in Morthal on a clear day. I have Nvidia video card and using windows 8.1. AA and AF are disabled in the game launcher. Shadows are at high. Can someone help?

Haven't seen reports of this issue yet and don't know why it may happen, sorry.
