ehm, I'm not pretty sure of what you suggested to try, I replaced enbseries.ini and enbeffect.fx from Confidence man 1.2 preset (NLA BETA v1-2) with the ones I had before and this is the result...

I suppose I did something wrong...

Other files must be default from this web site and no extra files from different presets (temporary delete enbseries folder). Attached these files from my archive

I think that I've many issue...

Mod not work at all with any depth based effects. ANd it's far from my visuals even by per object modifications with only one post process shader. May be because your game is modified by some weather plugin, but probably not. I don't know what to recommend, no ideas.
