So, I recently started playing SAMP Again and I tried out my old ENB's they all worked fine for example Jake's ENB v4 or v5 but all the new ones which have DoF and stuff I get a crash as soon as I launch the game, please help

SAMP unsupported, it's incompatible itself.

No not really, I found a fix its just Windows 8 isn't supported but I found out a way to fix that, but thanks.
