(shift+enter) doesn't open the overlay to edit or enable the ENB in the game. Im using No mods on Fallout 3, and on Fallout NV im using FNV4GB . I do have FNV4GB correctly installed with ENB.
Is there any way to fix this, or am i just dumb?

Win10 unsupported, it's not released yet. But i'm sure the issue is different kind, because some users here have Win10 installed (performance of the mod is awful with it).

I am INFP, not the brutal, godamnit.

I know windows 10 isnt done (its significantly worse), but im playing with a few things with a beefy PC and i literally forced T.A.Z. preset to work for Skyrim.
My only problem is i cant open the {shift+enter} menu for the ENB settings ingame, the enb runs, but i cant edit the preset.
