Hello im working on a preset but latley I noticed an error message in the top left of my screen when I am in game.

"ID3DXEffectCompiller:There was no Techniques"
"ID3DXEffectCompiller: Compilation failed"

as well as noticing flickering fires in certain locations. I know the fires has something with the 'soft particle effect' setting.
I am linking a short VOD which shows the problem as well as the preset files. I figure this was the best place to ask for assistance.

Looks like Effect.txt is wrong, delete it.
Fire if i remember drawed twice, so that flickering is z-fighting issue. Probably because of changes in skyrimpref.ini.
