As seen in the video below, I'm experiencing a strange light flash when I approach the fast-travel horse cart stationed outside all major cities of Skyrim. Any suggestions on how to get rid of the flashing is most appreciated!



Specifications:
ENB Series v0.266, with the T.A.Z. Visual Overhaul Preset
Skyrim v1.9 with SKSE v1.72

Hardware:
Nvidia GTX 780 SLI, driver 347.88
Intel i7-4790K
Windows 8.1 x64

It's bloom when some of the pixels have extreme brightness. Why, i don't know, this not happen with vanilla game and correct skyrimprefs.ini, reported many times and culprit not found yet.

I too have this problem, though it's often much bigger and brighter.
HDR will also make the screen go dark grey for a second after until it readjusts.

Really really annoying bug.

I'm not 100% sure, but it seems to only happen when SMIM meshes are installed. Try without SMIM or without the carriage meshes/textures from it, and see if it happens. I don't know why it happens but SMIM seems to exacerbate the problem even if it's not the cause.

I'm having the exact same problem as OP only i seem to get the flashing lights whenever, wherever, without good reason.

I don't have this issue while not running an ENB, and i've tried playing without mods (fresh install) and with 100+ mods and i'm still not having this problem, only while running an ENB.
I would obviously like to use an ENB, since they look amazing, but this bug is making the game more or less unplayable...

Nvidia drivers v. 355,60 (Also tried to roll-back but it didn't change anything..)
Running Windows 10 Home
