Glowing Eyes Skyrim

I have a problem with glowing eyes. It's not any eye mod cause it happens with vanilla eyes too. The effect is most noticable outside during the day and it affects all npc's, not just my character. Any advice on changing settings to get rid of this?

It's own game subsurface scattering, you may change it in [EYES] category of enbseries.ini or in-game editor.
