Cannot get "cinematic black bars" with injector for Fallout

Hello!

I apologize if this isn't the right section; this isn't a "bug" per se but rather a problem I can't resolve.

I can't seem to get enb wrapper working for Fallout 3 GOTY, however injector seems to be working fine. I've recently installed a "cinematic" ENB preset here:

Everything seems fine, however I cannot get the panoramic (i.e. black bars) view to work correctly. No matter what I fiddle with (i.e. enbeffect.fx) I get stuck with full screen.

Is this file somehow incompatible with the injector version of ENB? What am I doing wrong? I've made sure Panoramic view is enabled in the enbeffect.fx config files.
