Right, so I figured. Nothing (besides disabling SweetFX) had any effect on the diagonal tear when using UseOriginalPostProcessing. If it's something that only pops up with AMD, then I guess that's just another reason to reconsider AMD next time I buy a card.

Does [LIGHTSPRITE] not work the way I have been assuming? The image on this page seems compelling evidence that bright light sources can be instituted with Lightsprite settings.

I just haven't figured out why the stuff I add to enbseries.ini doesn't show up in the in-game menu, or get used by the ENB.

If parameters not exist, it means they will not work. Different games, different code. And light sprites are 2d transparent objects, while lights you mentioned are 3d objects with emissive color. I can't modify them, because game have very buggy and old render, increasing emissive color for all objects drawed produce artifacts for thouse objects, which are not light emitters, but have invalid material properties because of famous bugthesda developers. I tried that already with light bulbs in New Vegas and haven't found any trick to prevent artifacts to appear (though in fallout and skyrim after some time i'm finding workaround to implement new features).
