In Fallout 3, I get this:

Just an example. The exhaust effect normally would be hidden behind the counter, but with the ENB on, it gets rendered on top of everything else.

AA, AF, water displacement are all off. Yes, for certain. I also tried turning off refraction for the heck of it, but no dice.

It's known bug of the mod, but i can't fix it yet.
