I'm using OriginalPostprocessing option (for materials too) and DetailedShadows. Nothing more. "Sky" is enabled.
Well, if I enable "DisableWrongSkyMath" too I got this (take a look to mountains fog)

Is it intended/expected?

If mountains fog is affected, then it's a bug. If it's just the sky looks different compared to fog, it's not a bug (i think this case is what you mean). That parameter deactivates part of shader code which modify sky colors by calculating physically invalid math which i can't personally accept, that's why did that parameter. Graphics in this game contains many wrong tricks to achieve certain things
