Please help... I turned off AA, AF, Water Displacament. Please help

I haven't seen such issues and don't remember bug reports like that. But assume it's because of "crapware", like Afterburner, GeForce Experience, Steam overlay, Razer and Logitek utils, etc, these type of software almost always detectable by transparency and invisibility issues.

Steam overlay? So i need to turn off a steam overlay? Damn... I don't like play without steam overlay. Does there any fix to play with overlay? :/

If you have two boots for left leg only, asking for the surgery to make two left side feet is great idea, i like it. Exactly how games and modern software developed.
Disable Steam overlay and check if bug fixed. Someone recently reported on this forum that overlay do not have bugs any more for some of mod version (skyrim probably), so the only hope is another crapware type produce bug for you.

Its fixed... But i hate playing without overlay . I have many friends to talk lol..
