ENB Crashes Skyrim on Load

Hello,
I originally posted this on the Nexus Forums (http://goo.gl/mrvYUR), I'm posting here also to get help quicker.
I am trying to install Evok ENB (or any ENB) but am having problems. I put the D3D9.dll of enbseries_skyrim_v0279.zip in the Skyrim folder where the .exe is and then the enbhost.exe. I put only those two to test if it's working. I launched the game and it seemed to be working fine, the ENB suff was at the top left of the screen and shift+enter opened the ENB settings thing, but when I loaded my game it crashed.
I've searched for solutions for a while now but could not find any that solved my problem.
Here's a link to my Papyrus log if it helps: https://goo.gl/9epSmk

I will post more in just a minute so this first post isn't super long.

PC Specs:
OS: Windows 10 64bit
CPU: Intel i7 @ 3.4 GHZ
GPU: GTX 760 2048MB OC
RAM: 16GB

I did install DirectX Runtime and DirectX SDK and restarted my PC but Skyrim still crashes when I continue my game. Also, even when Injecting the ENB it crashes too.

I tried starting a new game and strangely it didn't crash, but I didn't want to go through the whole beginning sequence so I installed Dimes Quickstart. After making a new character I exited the dungeon and then Skyrim crashed. I then tried version "2_0" and "1_1" of Quick Start - Skip The Opening Sequence but it crashed too.
I thought that maybe the problem is with the quickstart mod so I tried playing through the whole opening sequence, I got to the part before I enter the dungeon with Ralof with no problems but when I approached Ralof and the doors the game crashed. It didn't stop responding and then crash, it just immediately crashed.
Then after removing some unneeded things from my Skyrim.ini and setting UsePatchSpeedhackWithoutGraphics to true in my enblocal.ini Skyrim worked. It got through the whole beginning part of the game with no problems at all. Idk what fixed it, it was either editing the Skyrim.ini or editing the enblocal.ini... or both :P

So thinking that everything was fine now I continued modding the game, I added "Realistic Water Two" and "Realistic Water Two - ENB Textures" from the same mod edited the enbseries.ini how the instructions said. Then I added "Watercolor for ENB and Realistic Water Two" and edited the enbseries.ini how it said to. I also installed "Blacksmithforge water fix" and "ENB Water on Horse Trough and Blacksmith Forge". Then I tested the game again. It crashed when I tried to continue the game..
So I removed the mods I just listed and removed my edits to the .ini files, then I tried continuing the game again but it crashed, this time after showing the loading screen for a few seconds.

Help is greatly appreciated as I cannot play Skyrim without a good ENB, it looks so ugly without one :P

Incompatible SKSE mod is first culprit, ExpandSystemMemoryX64=false frequently helps with that. Antialiasing enabled may cause the bug. And of course driver bugs and crapware (i wrote tons of posts about this here).

ExpandSystemMemoryX64= is false and Antialiasing is disabled. I exited Logitech and set VideoMemorySizeMb= to 3714 in my enblocal.ini, and set AutodetectVideoMemorySize= to false. That fixed the problem for me, at least for now.
I don't think it was the crapware but thanks for telling me about it, because of what you said, I googled crapware and found a post saying something about VideoMemorySizeMb=, and that lead me to fixing the problem.

I will post one last time if everything seems alright with the game.
Thanks again,

With ExpandSystemMemoryX64=false all SKSE mods are compatible with ENBSeries.
I exited Logitech
...
I don't think it was the crapware
Yes it was.

Wrong VideoMemorySizeMb do not produce crashes, other software and drivers do. Make sure enbhost.exe is running (in the process list) when game is started. Try to turn off all effects and everything in enblocal.ini, then toggle on one by one and test which setting produce crash.

Oh, ok. Well after I posted this I got it working (at least for now). What I did to fix it was change DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB= from 768 to 512 in skse.ini because I read somewhere that 768 can cause crashes.
Thanks for the help :)

Sorry, i forgot about existance of memory patch in SKSE. Yes, it's default setting are invalid, only about 680 mbytes of memory can be preallocated as single block for x86 applications because of memory fragmentation.
