Hello,
I've got flickering torches in BBI, but only there. I've not had any flickering anywhere else yet.
It also only flickers, if I have the lantern equipped, without it there is no light at all from the torch until I get very close to it, then the light pops in.
Switching off SSAO, Detailed Shadows or Point Lights will make it go away.

Using a 970 GTX with the latest drivers and 0.299 ENB.

Thanks for report. Gonna check it, but is that certain lights in some places or anyone fit in there?

PS: anybody else have this bug?

I haven't played any further, but it seems to only be these two specific torches in that room. There's another one like it at the entrance (marked with the X on the map) but it doesn't flicker.
Update: There's a lot more torches that have this problem on that level.

Sorry, i can't find that place, haven't played Bittersblack isle much.

I'm having a similar problem in the same area of bitterblack isle. The shadows follow your screen as if on a lens. It's the area right after the Duskmoon tower called Vault of Defiled truths and this problem happens near the entrance by the gutter of misery where the doorway is. It seems to only happen with detailed shadows on though because when i turn it off everything is fine.

I don't know where is it and how to get there.

I have this issue too. I provided a video on how to get to the torches. You'll need a "Void Key" to get passed the door (the first door pass through) that leads to this area.

That door is locked for me.

Yeah the key is through another door and deeper into BBI.
Is there any way I can privately send you my save file? I'm afraid of what would happen to my pawn.

EDIT: It's only those 2 torches i've encountered so far. Not a big deal anymore. at the moment anyway.
