Weird effect on characters in motion

Hello everyone,
I have a issue with the ENB, for some reason in motion, some weird effect appear on the character, some stripes, its like character doubles with some effects.
Can anyone tell me what does this?
I tried the default skyrim_prefs.ini, and it doesnt fix, so I'm sure is a ENB related.
