I cant seem to figure out what my issue is... I run Win 8.1 pro... my PC specs are great, cant run in exterior cells. I had to fresh install my PC a while back, but I must have forgotten something? What other programs does the exe need to be able to run? Windows update is all current. I just cant figure it out, and im not expecting you will know the answer, but maybe point me in the right direction for things to check.. Thank you in advance.

May be you means heavy stuttering while in exteriors? In that case it's probably invalid setting in [MEMORY] category of enblocal.ini. Post your system specific and what is in enblocal.ini with better description of issues

I crash as soon as I exit an interior world space. ie. Using Alternate start, sleep in the bed to spawn in the woods, CTD everytime, unless I disable enb effect.

First of all, reduce ReservedMemorySizeMb, may be it will help. Crashes when going outside of interiors are popular problem reported here, but i don't remember why this happen, because it's always something else. Some SKSE plugins if i remember, some versions of driver (361 probably), when running incompatible software on background. Search here on the forum by "crash+exterior" keys.

ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=false

After a quick search... at least the 2 times I tested it.. and changed my Reserved Memory size... got it to work. Ill play around with it some more and see if this was indeed a fix... or just prolonging my pain and sorrow mid way through a playthrough. Thanks for steering me in the right direction. Thanks
