The game freezes before the Bethesda Logo comes out. It only happens when fullscreen is enabled and when forceborderless=true. The game runs normally when fullscreen is off (although you can only see a corner of the game). Tried it with vanilla skyrim and it still happens.

Basically the game just hangs like that
