So after installing around 100 mods finishing up with my enb and all that I came across this problem on load up.
I am also not very good with mods as i'm new to it so I decided to come here rather than destroying all the work I had done with my own fix up solutions..

Well, stating the obvious: you don't have bFloatPointRenderTarget=1 set in your SkyrimPrefs.ini.
