Hello there!
So since I got Fallout 4 at launch, I was experiencing very *very* slow texture loading: my character's apparels along some environment details always appeared in low resolution/blurry for a while. It was ugly.
Then I discovered ENBSeries v0.307 for Fallout 4, which actually solved the issue completely:
http://enbdev.com/mod_fallout4_v0307.htmNo more blurry textures. Me happee, game is beautiful. Thank you very much for that! <3
**HOWEVER**, since I applied that patch, I'm experiencing... Other weird issues:

As you can see, this seems to affect random objects in the environment. Some of them "progressively dissolve" as I get further and reappear the same way if I get close again. It can be one or two items on the ground, a NPC, a props. Items with transparencies (glasses and signs in my picture) seems to be more consistent, though I'm not sure. It's completely random and always start all of a sudden in my playthrough.
Going back to the main menu and loading my save solve the issue temporarily.
Another issue (as pointed in the screenshot with the projectors under the bear) seems to implies some shading-related bug: certain items will appear black from afar and as I get closer I can see the polygon of the mesh distinctivly affected by the blackish-shader and it becomes normal once I'm right next to the affected object. Once again it's inconsistant.
A good way to describe it would be like if there was a really small "item fade + shader" bubble around my character, loading incorrectly shaders and meshes on specific objets randomly.
Anyone has a hint on what would solve this? I don't want to remove the ENB patch for obvious reason, but surely there is *something* I can do? Something in Fallout4Prefs.ini or ENB's settings?
Thank you!
