Trying to figure out why this is happening, but I've tried multiple clean starts and several ENBs, but this effect keeps happening. I load into game and it starts out fine, but after 10-15 minutes of gameplay this effect kicks in and deteriorates the effect until the game is virtually unplayable. I've shopped around and haven't seen anyone with the same issue, so I come begging for help here.

I remember somebody not long time ago (1-2 months or less) posted screenshots (in topic here) like that as bug reports, but i don't remember is solution was found or not. No idea, drivers are #1 culprit in this situation.
