I'm using PRC (Photo Realistic Commonwealth) with version.311 and when ever I look around the ambient fog starts to flash in and out.

Is there a setting that I can mess with to try and fix this my self (if so what would that be) or is this a bug with the new fog parameters in .311?

This is bug and it depends from game video options and fog at all (not handled some shaders by the mod). I need screenshots of that place when at some angles of camera it's on and off, saved game and screenshot of game video options.
