I use this ENB preset http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/70451/?
It work like a charm but I get some weird bloom effect.

It appear when moving camera in tfc mode.

And another problem is detail shadow effect is not working properly it look like low quality and buggy shadow. (with and without light mod results still the same)

I already set lens effect to false.
My rig GTX 980m SLI
Intel core i7 6820HK

any way to fix this?

For anyone with same issue, use bicubic interpolation in PS_BloomPostPass.
