I have no idea why this happens, nor do I know how to fix this. If anyone has had the same problem, how did you manage to fix this?

If it's when depth of field enabled (especially first person camera), then you need to find special doepth of field shader whichuses a tricky math to not blur too much close objects. I remember somebody did it and posted on the forum here.
