Turning on UseOriginalObjectsProcessing fixes it but that changes the look of the ENB preset I'm using.

Some of game video options is not maxed, so some other unknown yet shader used. Try to change every parameter in game options and see if one of them fixes bug, then report here which parameter was that and what values before and after.

I've been trying with default ultra FO4 ini settings and changing ENB settings to no avail. Not sure what to do. Changing ENB preset fixed it, but I'd like to find out how to fix it so I can continue playing with it. This is the preset: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/ ... w%3D&pUp=1

hmm... I think it may have to do with some effect with the sun and lighting. The fog bug seems to change position depending on time of day. The only setting that seems to affect it is UseOriginalObjectsProcessing. Very frustrating. I will continue to search for the culprit.

It was Fallout 4's HBAO. Disabled it and everything is good now.
