I've been fiddling with an issue where objects from a certain distance will layer above foreground objects, like here.
I've tried a number of suggestions to fix the problem, with no success. After a lot of trouble-shooting I've been pointed here for a solution.
Here is the Reddit post I made recently trying to solve the problem. It shows all the things I've done to try and solve this.

If anyone can help me out here, that would be great. Thanks.

No idea, i don't remember such things ever happened in the past, except when antialiasing enabled or crapware messing around. Bump this topic again after my post so maybe someone else answer you.
