No errors or messages, it just doesn't start the game, I am running windows 10 pro and if you need my specs, I will send it to you.

PS: a friend of mine running win 10 have this working.

Windows Game Explorer is known as trouble maker, you must somehow disable it. XBox related something too. Many crapware (afterburner, evga, steam overlay, screen capturing tools, razer and logitek services, etc), some antiviruses. And of course you need to install DirectX Runtime Standalone 2010 if don't have it yet (intel gpu unsupported).
