Hi,Recently i updated windows and I installed enb v313 on SA-MP/GTA SA. but it didn't work.
d3d9 is the one causing problem,when I delete it,game works fine but enb doesn't work then.And i get runtime error 216 .How to solve this please help/

SAMP unsupported, Win10 also unsupported. So if mod works for single player and you have win8 or lower, then its SAMP incompatibility.

It doesn't work on single. Player aswell. So what if I try to run gta sa at windows 7 compatibility?
P.S I have win 10

There is no compatibility, it simply not work with Win10 and nobody know why. The only idea was that its windows game explorer f* around, somehow disabling it do the trick for some people, but not for everybody.
