Hi everyone,

There is something that I seem to not understand that might be obvious, but the changes I do to my enblocal.ini for Skyrim aren't applied ingame.

Here is what I am trying to make work: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecial ... mods/1089/

So when I install ENB it works, the preset works. However, I have a conflict with another mod that needs me to activate FixSubSurfaceScattering=true to fix, which should be located in enblocal.ini
My problem is this: no matter what I do to this damn file, nothing changes in ENB when I start the game. I could even delete the file and still get the default options the guy that with his ENB preset did to his own enblocal.ini

The enblocal.ini provided contains that :

Quote:
[PROXY]
EnableProxyLibrary=false
InitProxyFunctions=true
ProxyLibrary=

[PERFORMANCE]
SpeedHack=false

[ENGINE]
ForceVSync=false
VSyncSkipNumFrames=0

[LIMITER]
EnableFPSLimit=false
FPSLimit=61.0

[INPUT]
KeyCombination=16
KeyUseEffect=123
KeyFPSLimit=36
KeyShowFPS=106
KeyScreenshot=44
KeyEditor=13
KeyDof=118

[FIX]
FixReflectionTrees=true

Right now the one I have contains that :

Quote:
[PROXY]
EnableProxyLibrary=false
InitProxyFunctions=true
ProxyLibrary=

[PERFORMANCE]
SpeedHack=false

[ENGINE]
ForceVSync=false
VSyncSkipNumFrames=0

[LIMITER]
EnableFPSLimit=false
FPSLimit=61.0

[INPUT]
KeyCombination=16
KeyUseEffect=123
KeyFPSLimit=36
KeyShowFPS=106
KeyScreenshot=44
KeyEditor=13
KeyDof=118

[FIX]
FixReflectionTrees=true
FixSubSurfaceScattering=true

However, I still can't see the option in ENB ingame. Here is a screenshot of what I have right now: http://puu.sh/zYsgl/6a2b823905.png

What I want (under FIX) is : FixSubSurfaceScattering=true. How can I do that?

Thanks you for reading my question. I'm fairly sure something very obvious escaped my sight.
Have a nice day!

If i understand its right, you use old version of binaries, which do not have FixSubSurfaceScattering yet. But also it can be because enblocal.ini is placed in some other location, for example dublicated in enbseries folder (delete it from there) or because of mod manager it is ignored.
