Sometimes FPS limit from ENB (LE Skyrim) in interiors not working, just disabling. It happened if stand in front of a wall for example. Enabling again if frame contains some objects. This is very unpleasant, since it causes freezes.

Fps limiter do not depend from anything, except generic Windows API function. I'm very tired to do fixes reported about it by users, don't know what the heck is happening, but it is definetly abnormal behavior and not the mod bug.

For example (interior 19/15fps):

At the moment i have low end notebook so i set 15 limit for example and use tfc, but you can check this without tfc.

Nope, it works like it should. That scenario you have is equal to loading screen, so i limit framerate to 60, because game having problems if fps too low or too high and loading times increases.

Ah, now I understand... The ENB takes this situation as a loading screen (becouse frame not contains objects). Sory and thanks for clarification.
