Sorry if this is the wrong forum section, but it was the only one that looked correct to me.
I was following a tutorial on installing mods for Fallout New Vegas and the YouTube maker endorsed this mod. The video is here:

In his video, when Fallout New Vegas loads up there is some text in the top left corner to show the ENB Shader is working, but when I load up FNV, I don't get this text.
Does that mean it isn't working? If it isn't working, what am I doing wrong or is it bugged?

Yes, when you do not see startup text, then mod is not properly installed. You have to copy d3d9.dll from it to game folder for that. Of course there are other dependent files, but this at least requirement and preset you have to copy to game folder or to "enbseries" folder, to make visuals look same as on screenshots/videos.
