Okay to start, I have been modding skyrim ever since it released, but have recently had trouble getting any ENB or reshade to work. I made sure to make my monitor calibrated right. I know how to do it as I did it with Fallout 4, Fallout NV, and Oldrim. Every ENB I install in Skyrim Special Edition ruins my game, here is a pic of the result of me installing PRT enb with l00ping preset & NAT weathers:

I use the same ENB in Fallout 4 (PRC enb) and it looks perfect, I decided to download oldrim and install an ENB and it also came out looking very nice. It is only my skyrim that does this. I have tried many ENBs such as:
Nyclix ENB & Reshade
Rudy ENB
Mythical ENB
PRT Enb
---------------------------------------------------
My specs are:
GTX 1070
Ryzen 5 2600x
Asrock a320m motherboard
16gigs of ram
---------------------------------------
Modlist:
NAT weathers (only with PRT enb)
Once I get my ENB working correctly I will then install more mods.
Skyrim SE: Every ENB I try to use looks super ugly.

Install NVT (NAT) enb for realism or Rudy enb for a more dreamy look and enjoy. There arent any better and you cant go wrong.
Also make sure to grab all enb particle light mods and 350+ more Texture mods

Maybe you have some shaders left in enbseries or root game folder. Delete all old files (except enbhelper.dll), all *.fx files in enbseries and game main folder, every file which have enb* in the name.
