Skyrim SE Aurora w Sky Disabled still problematic

The aurora was partly fixed in 0.390, but not completely.

Something is still broken.

Replication:

Untick/uncheck Enable under SKY

Use the console to set the time of day to night and set an aurora weather, eg

set gamehour to 1
fw 0010E1F2

Go outside and look up.

Wiggle the mouse around.
