Maybe someone who's a bit more familiar with Skyrim's lighting system will be able to shed some light on this one
I'm trying to find the ENB control for lights that aren't point lights. In cities, for example, there are placed lights that aren't produced by a light source, per say, but present in the cell nonetheless. As you can see in my image, I've disabled a braizer, but there is still a strong yellow light source that I'd like to reduce the saturation for.
This light is:
- unaffected by ENB Point Lighting controls
- present with no lighting mods (no ELFX or anything like that)
- stronger with ENB enabled
- Unaffected by Lightsprite
- Unaffected by Fire
- Unaffected by Particle

Re: Skyrim SE - ENB Lighting Controls
I just tested and mine is controlled correctly by PointLightingIntensity:
In this game, the actual light sources are separate from their visual presentations and they do not necessarily match, mostly for performance reason. In this case there's one light bulb placed around the middle of the road.
Are you editing in the right place (i.e. in the weather window when multi-weathers is enabled)?

Re: Skyrim SE - ENB Lighting Controls
-EDIT-
Had progress on issue.
Had some parallax terrain meshes for whiterun, for some reason, these meshes were not affected by point lighting intensity.
Deleting said meshes (so game uses default meshes for whiterun terrain) solved the issue.
--Parallax flagged meshes don't respond to point lighting changes (Skyrim SE)
