Skyrim Phantom Direct Lighting From the Floor

- new, clean install
- add enb 0.465 wrapper
- only edits:
AmbientLightingIntensityInteriorDay=0.0
AmbientLightingIntensityInteriorNight=0.0
PointLightingIntensityInteriorDay=0.0
PointLightingIntensityInteriorNight=0.0

Issue:
It looks like the sun/moon send direct light through the floor into the ceiling, but not through the ceiling into the floor.

Debug:
The room goes completely dark when I set:
DirectLightingIntensityInteriorDay=0.0
DirectLightingIntensityInteriorNight=0.0

It's game bug for interiors, so the only way is to set to zero directional lighting.
