ENBSeries

there's a weird line with any enb i install and idk how to fix it. i tried everything with removing mods and graphics but nothing's helped. ik the enb is the problem cause when i turn the effect off for any enb i use it has a weird line where half the enb works on the bottom half but the top half doesn't. please someone help
