I updated my BIOS two weeks ago, so I could play Spec Ops.
Since then ENB (for Skyrim, v0.112) causes weird graphic glitches and forces my video-driver to reset (-> Blackscreen for some seconds).
Is this a common issue, are there any fixes?

My sys:
Win7 64bit
ASUS M5A78L
8GB RAM
GTX 560Ti (2GB)
FX 8150 @3.6GHz

You are trying to use Skyrim version for Spec Ops? Then it's not possible, get older versions, not Deus Ex 3, not GTA 4, not Skyrim. If you talk about Skyrim game, then 0.112 is too old and unsupported for newest patches of the game, with your card use 0.113 or 0.114

First off: sorry for the late reply, I haven't been home the last week.

No, I'm not using ENB with Spec-Ops. Spec-Ops is just the reason for which I updated my BIOS.
Skyrim ENB is not working properly with Skyrim game anymore.

Have you tried to remove and install drivers again?

Yes, I did.
Even tried a very old version of the drivers, didn't work.

Clean install of Windows as last chance. But try first to remember if some other software was installed and running in background, may be some kind of videocard tweaker. May be properties in NVidia Control Center are wrong. Try to decrease vram and gpu frequencies a lot. I only now that similar behavior could be when changing videocard from ati to nvidia or vice versa, only clean windows installation helped (several guys told me from their experience).

I now bought a new graphics card (GTX 670) and ENB still doesn't work (see screenshot).

What could it be?

Nobody could help here, such issue is unknown and only you can solve it. Try to remember everything you did, what installed, etc. Bios update do nothing with games and with the mod, this is software issue. Terminate processes running as many as possible, most users have 10+ icons in the tray and 50+ running applications like "usb mouse driver update", "wake up you friend remotely", etc.
