Hello everyone,
I'm a having a little trouble with sunrays, they appear through walls.
I'm using drivers 355.98 on my gtx880m. I tried every compatible drivers with my card without any results :/
I also have bFloatPointRenderTarget=1 in skyrimprefs.ini.
Does anyone has a solution ?
Thanks.
Also, with enbseries v0264+, water parallax doesn't work, but it does with v0236.

Re: Sunrays through walls
Just a quick note - do you use Mod Organizer? If so make sure you make that change in all the copies of the INI file. Its a common enough mistake that I felt it worth at least mentioning.

Re: Sunrays through walls
It's optimus issue i suppose, game is using intel gpu with mod installed, optimus don't want to switch to nvidia card. You may check if i'm right by comparing performance, if it very low, it's intel. In the past injector version was solution, but nvidia did changes and it no longer allow to avoid issue. Optimus fix at Nexus is another solution, but from users here i've seen it no longer works too.

Re: Sunrays through walls
Hi boris, i'm aware of that optimus issue, effects such as Dof aren't working as well, my problem seems more to be comparable to the 314 to 320 drivers problem where rays were bugged.
My game runs smoothly, i never drop below 30 fps, so i'm running my gtx880m.

Re: Sunrays through walls
Then it probably problem of all new drivers, last 1-2 years i don't remember that anybody replied about successully solved issue, even with "Optimus fix" or injector. And i don't have laptops with optimus to try to find workaround. Keep trying, may be something will help, but i don't have any ideas, the bug is invalid execution of depth buffer resolve code or unsupported hardware specific format for that operation, which means also not working vanilla game (water is clear instead of dark). May be it's something hardcoded in drivers as performance tweak profile, in such case renaming game executable should help.
