Skyrim LE CTD at startup

Hi.
There is Windows 11 + Skyrim LE (Steam) + ENB v0.479 and 4090. After startup black screen and crash. All overlays are off.
Without ENB works fine.
Preset with ENB v0.302 starts the game and after the video it crashes.
Skyrim SE with ENB works fine.
Can this be fixed?
