Ok, many thanks for the reply. I’ve only just registered so I don’t have pm privileges yet - but maybe obelisk79 will recheck this thread, or I can ask around on linux gaming forums.
Many thanks for the help you’ve provided already with these builds, it’s much appreciated by those who are interested in these matters!

Changed you to another group so you can pm here. Also if you don't get answer, i could make again that long procedure of testing till find what is the problem, but guess in that case i should release linux version to public to not bother again.

Re: [Linux] TES Skyrim SE - 0.452 vs 0.347
Hello,
I'm looking for the same thing here, and running in to the same problem. If you could release a Linux version, that would be great. Otherwise, I'd really appreciate it if you could send over some versions for me to try out. I'd be glad to give you feedback on results, ini/log files, environment info, etc.
Thanks for all of your work and time.

Is 0.347 works for you?

Re: [Linux] TES Skyrim SE - 0.452 vs 0.347
That's a good point, and the answer is no. I haven't managed to get it to launch with any enb DLLs in play.
What's the minimum config I can do and still expect it to launch? I tried with one of the minimal presets, cathedralists minimal. As well as with no presets in there at all, but in that case I had just the dll's and ini's and it still crashes right after showing the enb text.

Re: [Linux] TES Skyrim SE - 0.452 vs 0.347
Understood. I might take some time to mess with configs on my end and see if I can figure out why 347 isn't working.
Thanks for your time anyway!

Re: [Linux] TES Skyrim SE - 0.452 vs 0.347
Hi again, I did more testing and realized I needed to install the base d3dcompiler and d3dx11 packages in the wine prefix/bottle (done via winetricks).
0.347 works now, but 0.452 does not work. Can I try out the modified DLLs now?
Also, to be clear. In the passed it crashed the moment that the small enb text came up. But now, it shows that text, goes black, waits a bit, then shows the larger enb text with the proper version while the Skyrim logo displays, and then crashes the moment it tries to switch to the main menu.

Re: [Linux] TES Skyrim SE - 0.452 vs 0.347
FYI, things have been running quite well with 0.347, just not seeing all of the same effects as I do when using 0.452 under windows.
If you get the chance to share the other versions I would really appreciate it. Again, thanks for your time and all of your work.
