With most of the ENB I used including Superb ENB, Project Matso, Project ENB I always get this weird flickering especially noticeable during daytime. I read this forum telling me to do a "//" #define APPLYGAMECOLORCORRECTION. It did stop the flickering but another problem arose with the whole day being too bloomy. Light would bleed through shadows and everything looked like it was being lit by a sun that was only a few metres away.
Is there a fix for this or do I have to change my Nvidia drivers which are 310.70.

Re: Skyrim flickering with ENB
Hi!
I m using Nvidia Drivers 310.90, but 310.70 should be ok, too.
All the presets you listed are not compatible with the latest ENB. Which ENB Version did you use? Try ENB 0.119 or 12.12.12. Most the time you find which ENB Version you have to use in the Readme of the Preset.
Theres a Solution for flickering in this Thread:

Regarding flickering, theres a Comment from Boris in the News:
Maybe you have to set WaitBusyRenderer to true, that helps in some cases, too.

Check in enbseries.ini what Value is set for AdaptionTime. Set it at least to 0.05 if its below that Value.Found that adaptation time value in enbseries.ini may flicker if set below 0.05

Re: Skyrim flickering with ENB
Most of the ENB I used were 0.119. The readme of those ENB's told me to use it.
I'll try editing the ini settings and see if it fixes anything.

Changing the Waitbusyrenderer fixed the issue but the adaptationtime didn't do anything for me.
Thanks for the help, really appreciate it.

Re: Skyrim flickering with ENB
Hi, as I know the nvidia drivers 310 (both .90 and .70) are not compatible with the HD6 shader code. ( I think each of your presets said are using it). Only way to fix this is to go back to 306.xx

Re: Skyrim flickering with ENB
Hi guys, I'm still having the flicker problem. I've checked my ENB Evolved effects.fx, but the line that should be removed is already removed.
The adaptationtime and busyrender solutions didn't work either. Some help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm running the latest 314.7 nvidia drivers and ENB 0.155

Re: Skyrim flickering with ENB
If flickering occur with my official files, then it's bug in drivers i guess, otherwise try download multiple enbeffect.fx files from nexus site.

Re: Skyrim flickering with ENB
Got it fixed! - currently working on Nvidia GTX 780Ti, GeForce 332.21 Driver -
Open enblocal.ini and then set EnableVSync=true in "[ENGINE]"
Turning WaitBusyRenderer=true helps to reduce the flickering if you don't want to set EnableVSync on true.
ENB current version: enbseries_skyrim_v0250 + ENBoost 5_0-38649-5-0 - for NVIDIA_videocard/3Gb_VRAM - (find it here)
This is the problem I had:

Do you use a Ningheim race for your character?ve5tige wrote:Hi guys, I'm still having the flicker problem. I've checked my ENB Evolved effects.fx, but the line that should be removed is already removed.

Thanks for sharing. That did fix the flickering issue, but it causes my game freeze every 15-30min.arucart123 wrote: ↑12 Feb 2014, 00:10 Got it fixed! - currently working on Nvidia GTX 780Ti, GeForce 332.21 Driver -

For anyone who is having the same issue, here’s a video likely fixed it: https://youtu.be/kH6gUV4M1Qw?si=oBHpZN7nL8AWPL58 . Will have a try tmw.

Re: Skyrim flickering with ENB
Continuing previous comment:
I eventually disabled vsync and set WaitBusyRenderer=true in enblocal.ini
I can hardly perceive any flickering any more, and played for more than an hour without freezing or CTD, but had to close the game to have lunch.
Thanks arucart123 for sharing the tricks!
