ENBSeries

Hello, I am having a problem with enb for fallout new vegas that i cant seem to solve. When i get an enb preset for fallout and install it exactly how it says, then move the .dll file from enbseries into my fallout new vegas root folder, when i launch the game it just gets stuck on the launcher and freezes, there is no crash or error, it just freezes. However if i delete the preset files and just use the ones from enbseries, the game launches fine and i see the writing at the top left, it just seems to break as soon as i try to install a preset. Any help would be appreciated as nothing seems to be getting me anywhere.
