I'm having some issues with recon scopes and any terminal screens in FO4.

The 'normal view' is how it looks w/o scope, the other pic is how it looks with a scope.
I narrowed this down to *something* configured in the enbseries.ini
The recon scope inside buildings is also somewhat wonky, shifting brightness a lot depending on where you're looking.
I'm suspecting this is the same setting causing it.
Latest FO4 with ENB v344
Nvidia 1080ti with 397.93 driver.

It must be specific for enbeffect.fx shader from preset you are using. Or in this particular case can be adaptation in the work (cause rocket is bright).

I can make the night time almost as bright as day by changing effect settings but when looking through the scope it turns back like it is in the picture I posted.
Is there a different setting for when using a recon scope ? (NV's and other scopes are just fine)

No, there are no parameters for that in the mod, they are in the shader constants passed to enbeffect.fx only.
