d3dx9.dll Crashes on startup and injector does not work.

Heyas.
I'm on this PC:
CPU: AMD FX8150 @ 3.6GHz
RAM: 8GB 1600
GPU: ATI 6950 1GB
HDD: 120 GB OCZ Agility3 SSD
SO: Windows 8 Pro 64bit

I had the same setup with an old barracuda 500GB HDD, and wrapper worked fine. But now I re-installed everything, Wrapper makes my game crash at startup (a black window will flash and that's it), and the injector does not work at all. I've installed the game in the default directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\common\Skyrim) and disabled UAC.

Some help, please?

So the game works without ENB? At least check that proxy library is in the game folder if it's enabled.

EDIT: All right. Fixed injector: Run as administrator... EVERYTHING And using the injector. Wrapper still has the same problem. I've made myself a bat file, to start it all together.
