Hey, I'm running a Radeon HD 7970 graphics card, 8gb ram, and an intel i5 processor. My shadows in TESV keep all blinking at the same time. Like someone turned on a giant light switch that kills every shadow for a split second. And occasionally every shadow turns off until I move to a location the game decides is okay to run shadows. It's never a fixed location. If I could figure out how to record it and upload I will. Any ideas?
EDIT: I ran boss and I have no mod conflicts, my only lighting mod is Enhanced Lights and FX and the appropriate patches for DLC and other graphic mods.
EDIT 2: It's only happening outside. Internal lighting is working fine.

Sorry, i don't remember any reports of similar issue. Have you tried previous version?

Re: Shadows Blinking with ENB
hi, this is an issue with amd's drivers, you have 3 fix options for it.
1. rollback driver to a previous version
2. Turn shadows off completely
3. switch to an nvidia card
Bethesda informed both amd and nvidia of the problem. nvidia fixed it amd ignored it
