Artifacts - Radeon XFX R9 280X

I'm having several artifact problems, which when occur I have no other option but to restart the PC. It seems to occur when I look at trees and grass, because I've tried to walking only on the water and did not occur (for 30 min). I have the 0.254 patch installed and some mods that change the environment as well as Climates of Tamriel, ENB Project and Static Mesh Improvement Mod (SMIM).

If anyone can, please help me because the thing here is getting serious
